Located in the newest and most prestigious building of Kingston Resorts, the Margate building, this 4-bedroom oceanfront unit is a masterpiece. A recently complete full renovation included new floors, completely new furniture, repainted walls, new light fixtures, blackout draperies, and more. This unit, with its amazing family-friendly layout, delights all who stay here.

This unit features a huge Great Room that has a dining area that can seat up to 10, thanks to its extension dining table, a large and comfy sectional sofa with two swivel accent chairs in the living area, plus a separate seating area in the Lounge, which has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a writing nook! The kitchen is charming with its honey-colored cabinets, lovely granite and matching stainless-steel appliances, it’s also fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Directly off the kitchen is the Utility Room with a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, and an additional entrance.

All bedrooms have new furniture and mattresses: the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with all new bedding, a new headboard, writing desk, and side tables. The massive ensuite bathroom with its jetted soaker tub and separate shower has been touched up too. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and all new furniture; this bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and access to the main balcony. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, all new furniture and a shared ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 extra-long twins that can be combined into a king, and like the rest, this bedroom has all new furniture! All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, plus a 75” Smart TV in the Great Room. The balcony has astounding 25th floor ocean front views of the beach and ocean, you can sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing in below!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

"We've been coming to Kingston for 21 years and love it! It's spacious for three families and it's just like being at home. The views are incredible! Unfortunately, this time we had quite a bit of trouble. The first two nights we had no hot water to take a shower. Texted maintenance both times. He was prompt, but had to wait until the next morning to shower. Third night, my parents hadn't had a working TV since arriving as well as the 4th bedroom. Spectrum came the next day, fixed it but then knocked out the master bedroom TV which led us to 2.5 days with no TV. We love the place and would rent again if we were assured we wouldn't have the same issues.

"Book it!!!! This condo/resort was absolutely amazing! This is our second time staying in Myrtle Beach, the first time being not so great at the Coral Reef Resort making us question whether or not we would ever come back to the area. Read how North Myrtle was a little nicer and more family friendly and we sure did pick the best resort. Not only do you have beach access within walking distance, but you also have access to all the pools on the resort. The owners of this condo go above and beyond for their guests by having TVS in each room, toys for kids to play with, more than enough kitchen essentials and even provide things to utilize at the beach! Defiantly enjoyed our stay at this condo, and the views were AMAZING!!

"Myrtle Beach golf trip with my buddies that met our expectations. We’ve been coming down here for 30+ years & the accommodations at Margate never disappoint. Perfect room layout, clean & great oceanfront views. A little stingy on the towels, but made it work. 5 guys & 3 keys, with one that did not work meant good coordination on coming/going. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

"What an amazing place and its managed by some every professional, easy to work with people. The view alone was breathtaking let alone all the amenities in the condo. "All positive vibes top to bottom. Our accommodations were unbelievable. The owners make you feel like family. The way everything open to use and personal was a great touch.

My only complaint would be the resort 100% needs to have a ramp to the beach and eliminate those stairs. It makes the lug to the beach incredibly difficult.

Amazing Stay!

"The experience with renting this condo was more than I could have asked for. Booking was simple, the ladies I worked with to book and leading up to our vacation were so kind and helpful and I appreciate the emails prior to our stay with all of the information we needed. This unit was beyond our expectations. The owners really have thought of absolutely everything for their guests. We stayed with two families consisting of 4 adults and 4 boys all ages 6 and younger. The owners kindly had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and even toys and games. The location is also perfect! We had access to the beach and Currents waterpark, but our kids also loved having the pools at Margate that were much less crowded to play at. There were times we were the only people at the Margate pools and it was so nice to relax while the kiddos had the pool to themselves. The location is also perfect and we were so close to all of the fun places we wanted to visit. I cannot recommend this rental enough and we hope to be back every year!

"The location is great. It is between north Myrtle beach and Myrtle beach and easy to get to those locations. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The beach is spectacular with the fine white sand. It is easy to walk up and down the beach and with the high tides, the beach is packed down. If you like hunting for seashells, this is a great location. The ability to use the amenities of the Embassy Suites and other locations is a huge plus.
If I could make 2 recommendations/
Need recycling available. We had throwing away recyclables.
The back reader was not functioning so you could not enter from the rear of the building.
Overall our family had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

Amazing

"The unit was great for our family. The owners thought of everything and labeled everything so well. The closet of beach stuff worked out very well as we didn't need to bring any beach chairs or sand toys for the little ones. The postcards were a great touch as we haven't done that in years so having them there all ready and stamped was very convenient. I loved the map on the wall for the guest to place where they are from.
The resort itself wasn't as convenient as some others in the area. Indoor pools we had to leave the building to get to. The fitness center had a lot of great stuff but was again a little drive or walk away. We really loved it here. Shopping was super convenient as well as it was just down the road. The property management company was great as well. I had great communication with them although I needed nothing. They got us an early check in by a couple hours which was great as we arrived in town at 8am.

"The Margate is wonderful, and so was the unit. It has become inreasingly difficult however to get communicaiton from the Hilton property management staff. We have stayed with Hilton at least 6 times in the past few years, but have now moved on to stay at units managed by other companies.

"This condo is large, beautiful and had everything we needed! The view is the best we’ve ever had in Myrtle beach and we are already talking about booking this condo again! Felt like our home from the moment we arrived! We loved the added touches of beach toys, beach chairs and games! We also loved the provided kids plates, Tupperware and all that the kitchen had! Each bathroom and the laundry room had extra hanging places for our towels and wet swimsuits! The beds were comfy and this place was furnished beautifully! The Kingston property is beautiful and the new pools at the embassy are awesome! We can’t wait to return!

"We had a lovely week stay at The Margate. East access to beach. Clean pools and condo. The entire property is beautiful. Nearby Pier is fun for the arcade and ice cream. We also really enjoyed the splash park. Spa 33 provides luxurious massages! There’s a steam room too. Overall a great trip!!

"Our family spent our 30th vacation in N Myrtle Beach last week. Our 23rd stay at Kingston Plantation and our maybe 10th stay at the Margate! Unit 2507 is by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. A Fantastic Family Vacation - You have to see the Sunrise!

"The location is perfect and the 25th floor gives you the best views in Myrtle. All pools and the beach are seconds/minutes away and many attractions/restaurants just a very short drive. We enjoyed both the aquarium and the alligator farm. The property was spotless and very well maintained, with the rental company providing great customer service throughout the booking, checking in and checking out process. The property is huge and can easily host 2-3 families, giving you both privacy and plenty of places to hang, including the balcony which is awesome and a must for the the sunrise if your an early riser. Great vacation and we have already booked to go back in June!!
