"This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this beautiful, well,stocked ocean front condo. Perfect for multiple couples or families. They really think of everything. They have a cooler, beach toys, and boogie board. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 6 years and have stayed at several locations. This place is perfect to relax and recharge. You will not regret booking this place.

"This unit was just as described. PROS--- The building was very calm and quiet. The unit is a good size with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. The living area and all 3 bedrooms open to the balcony with a view of the beach. Our only CON---was having to keep up with physical keys to enter the unit.

"Upon entering our room it did smell stale and mildew I was trying to figure out what it was but also trying to open every glass door leading to the deck to get it aired out , we did think about getting a different room or see if we could be moved but it was just the end of the day and we needed to relax. the first night we planned on cooking but once we got started we noticed the spatula has dried crusted egg still stuck on it and a few others dirty too,which a new set of those you can honestly get at the dollar tree to replace those .. then the burners did not work correctly it took an hour to boil some water. There was some food stuck under the table , ALL the curtains had mold on them so no wonder the smell. And I do have asthma and health problems already the mold spots were very concerning. Also SAND in the bed . The floor was very dirty walking on it with socks for only 5 minutes you could see that . This was all confusing because we are told the maid was in there to clean and get it ready. If the beds were washed and it was cleaned it was not done with integrity.which is sad because we paid over $800 for the room, The room did have a balcony with a beautiful view
And Courtney was very professional and helpful to us by checking to see if there were things we needed in the room. If you want this room please ask if the room has been cleaned correctly and the utensils have been replaced and stove checked. I would not recommend due to the issues and the MOLD but if they make changes I would come back .

"Kingston Plantation is excellent. The view is great. The porch on this condo is large and has plenty of seating. The rooms in this condo had good beds and plenty of space. 3 bathrooms was great. The condo was clean and in good condition. We were short a set of bath towels and were unable to get a new set during our stay. There was access to the indoor pool which was a nice additional feature. It has easy access to the beach. There is the option to rent an umbrella and beach chairs out front, and there is a lifeguard stationed at the beach right out front as well. Very nice. Overall, a good condo and a great resort.

"Nicely equipped kitchen so that we could feed our large family without having to constantly run the dishwasher. Access to the gym via the shuttle was a big benefit for my elderly parents so that they can come and go as they please.

Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed!

"Overall, the property has a lot of potential. It’s in a great location, convenient to everything, but the entire condo was extremely dirty! The floors felt grainy/gritty due to so much built up dirt. I pulled cleaning supplies and cleaned the place because we couldn’t stay in such conditions. Had it not been my daughter’s sweet 16, we would’ve left immediately and came home! After mopping the floors 3 times, the mop water finally didn’t look like mud puddle water! It was AWFUL and made us question the cleanliness/sanitation of the rest of the condo. The management company was great, communication was easy, and they were very responsive to messages. I wish they would’ve offered some type of compensation for the condition of the condo, but that’s neither here nor there. They were still polite and professional. The company I would recommend, the property, definitely not!
