While this condo may be nestled among the trees it is merely a few minutes' walk to the beach! This stunning villa has it all! The living room is spacious, it features a pull-out sofa, porch access and is open to the dining area. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The upgraded kitchen has all the cookware you need to make amazing meals, it also has a countertop eat-at bar and is completely open to the other living spaces. A king-sized bed is the focus of the relaxing master bedroom, this bedroom also has porch access and an ensuite bathroom that was also recently updated. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private courtyard, and access to the guest bathroom. You'll find 2 comfortable twin beds in the second guest room.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

"The villa had plenty of room for 2 families. Very cozy space. Comfortable beds! The kitchen had all the pots and pans to prepare meals. But close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. The proximity to the beach was a quick drive with free parking but you could easily walk, as well. Highly recommend.

Most amazing comfortable and convenient stay

"We stayed with group of 10 plus an infant. It was comfortable and convenient. Beach is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. We were able to use the hotel amenities such as pool towels and water park. Which made the kids happy. The villa is conveniently located to many attractions. The team was amazing with communication and working to get us in as early as possible knowing we had a baby traveling with us. We will most definitely be back and telling our friends about it.

"Wonderful stay. Everything is close by and the pools are great. Only thing we didn't care for is having to go to the Currents desk for wristbands daily. They should give them to you all at once. Or use jelly bracelets you could wear longer.

Second time at Kingston

"This was the 2nd time at this residence and it was a great stay for the most part. Correspondence was good and check in was so smooth. Amenities are great. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking but we just turned the water off on that sink. There is one floral chair that is very worn and needs replacing. If you have upstairs neighbors you will hear them but that is the downfall of 1st floor living. We would stay here again.

"We have been staying at the Kingston Planatation 2-3 times per year since 2008. We have learned to know the grounds and area very well over the years. This is the first year we have stayed in a Hilton managed condo and where a little dissappointed with the cleanliness of them. We could tell that they were not cleaned with a deep Covid santitaion process in mind. We experienced dried food on the silverware. cookwear and dishes. The tub drain where blocked with hair and drained slowly, untill we removed it. Lets just we where assumed there would be Covid cleaning protocols in place based on the times were are in right now. We did experience that there were people moving in and out of the condos all around us who would stay for short 2-3 day atays. When the cleaning people would come to clean after they left and get the condo ready for the next renters, they would only be there for a very short time, usually around one half an hour. This would explain the condition they where in.

David and Hollingshead, Thank you for the feedback and comments relative to your stay in February, the focus for Covid cleaning has been to disinfect touch points in the unit, door handles, light switches, remotes, etc., this process is handled by the last person to access the unit as they wipe the surfaces down. If a guest finds an issue in the unit upon arrival or during the stay we will address it immediately as we are here onsite and will correct items brought to our attention as we don't expect our guest to clean or make repairs on our behalf. I am a bit surprised by the survey, my perception is that you didn't enjoy your stay however you extended your stay with us once you were here. I hope to have you with us again when your travels bring you to Kingston Plantation. Randy

"After having our Airbnb cancel our reservation 5 days before our trip we scrambled to find a place. We found this location and It was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out. The walk to the beach was short and scenic. We loved having access to the resort pools!
