"Perfect location. There is a small service elevator right next to the unit which is convenient. Property is located right above the beach access. Also, quick walk to the water park. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Balconies all around the unit. Communication was efficient and staff were very helpful. Will definitely reserve this unit again in the future!

Amazing Family Spring Break!

"We absolutely loved this condo! As a young family of 4, the 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each was perfect. The corner location with patios all around kept the condo bright and airy (but blackout curtains in the rooms were great for the littles ones). This building is extremely quiet, as it's a residential building rather than a hotel. The condo layout was wonderful; the second bedroom is tucked away but large and well appointed. We loved the amenities at the resort, especially the indoor splash pad on cooler mornings. Several food options at different price points within the resort made the evenings easy after a long day of being out and about. The property managers, Courtney and Rachelle were both lovely to work with! We will be back!

"The location and view were great. Children had a blast with the pools, water park, splash pad, and beach. No need to get back in the car after we arrived. The on-site restaurants were great and the beach bar was a great place to relax. The unit had a perfect layout with balconies for each bedroom and the main common area. The unit was clean and well stocked.

"We had a GREAT week at 509 South HAmpton! The Condo was beautiful with great decor and bedding!Our only problem was no paper towels,toliet paper,or dish washing liquid when we arrived! The vacum cleaner did not operate and we would have been glad to sweep acouple of times if it ran.?.? We have stayed at Kingston at all Towers and lodges and this was certainly in our top 3!!

"We have been staying at Kingston Plantation for years and have stayed in several different condos. This unit is our favorite, it is comfortable and roomy. Two patios give a beautiful view. As described the property is clean and well maintained, great amenities. The managers are great to work with. Myrtle Beach has tons of activities and great restaurants.

"This is our second year staying in this unit. Always clean and comfortable. Good location to conference center for my husband. We plan to book it again if available next year. Only suggestion is a couple more trash bags be left for kitchen and possibly a larger trash can for kitchen. Other then that this unit works great for us!

"Everything was as pictured. Many extras. Deluxe bedding and carpets. Had a minor problem with the TV, and a maintenance person was there quickly. It would be helpful if the remotes were labeled as to which TV they go to. All the balconies made it feel like being outside. One of the best properties we've stayed in, and plenty of room for everyone.

"This place was really lovely. And you have access to the Embassy Suites pool, new Black Drum Restaurant, Starbucks and 78 fitness! We have stayed with the Hilton at least a dozen times and We will definitely stay at this one again!

"Unit PERFECT. Difficulty w/check end. Front desk first gave me key, then wrong code, then code had to be reset. Time consuming hassle but did not take away from a good stay.

"We have been staying at Kingston Plantation for years, but first time booking through Owner management. Best customer service! The resort is great; clean and well maintained. Some construction going on and can’t wait to see the finished product! The unit is fantastic, beautiful, updated, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed Starbucks at the hotel. Of course Myrtle Beach has tons of restaurants, shopping and of course lots of golf. We recommend Kingston to all our family and friends.

"The pictures doesn’t do justice! Very spacious and you have a view and balcony from every room. And you are close to everything!

"The condo was clean and well eqipped for our month long stay. We were pleased with the location and the layout of the condo. The oceanviews were terrific from the living room and master bedroom. We couldnt get the tv to work and the manager sent someone right away to help us out. Would definitely recommend this place to others for a comfortable stay.

Amazing views in a wonderful unit

"Everything is as advertised. Provisions vary by unit and with COVID it easy to understand why these may be limited. A suggestion might be to make sure guests know to bring condiments, coffee filters and foil if they plan to arrive late when stores are closed. Water pressure is a a little weak in bathrooms but that is based on our preference and isn't something that can easily be addressed. Absolutely loved the place and can't wait to return!

Quick stay in Myrtle

"We enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation. The condo was beautifully decorated and we especially liked watching bowl games on the very large tv. We took advantage of 78 Fitness and Spa 33. Check in was a breeze. Overall it was a great stay. Only suggestions- couldn’t find a dish towel when sometimes you need more than paper towels. We also looked for coasters fir our glasses. Finally, thee we person before us fried fish and we couldn’t really air it out and there were no candles or air fresheners. The building was a bit dated but the condo and view were awesome.
