Come see this fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct oceanfront unit in the Brighton Tower at Kingston Resorts. This unit has a gorgeous view from each room!! The living room is serene and beautifully decorated to harmonize with the lovely colors of the ocean, it features a sleeper sofa and has access to the large oceanfront balcony that overlooks Currents pool complex and the Atlantic Ocean! The kitchen is well-appointed and has all the cookware, utensils and gadgets you need to make wonderful meals. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a direct ocean view and access to the oceanfront porch. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds so your guests can sleep comfortably!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78 Fitness, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

"This isn’t our first time renting in the Brighton building . Our stay at 301 was surprisingly refreshing! We had an ocean view from the master suite all the way around to the kitchen . There are several seating areas outside do you can find your comfort zone and just relax or if there are more in your party / we just had 2 of us , there was plenty of seating for more ! The unit came supplied with a full kitchen , clean linens and towels . It was only the third floor but it was quiet even when there was a conference going , on the main floor . This building is starting to show some age but we still love it . The master shower has no place to put your toiletries on so we showered in the guest bathroom . Other then that , we loved it and would recommend this unit ♥️

"The view from our condo was amazing. Was pleased with the condo overall with the exception of the issues with the living room window coverings and the dog hair everywhere. You could see the white dog hair everywhere on the furniture. My husband and I both had allergy stuffiness from the dog hair. The curtain on the living room sliding glass door was stuck. And the living room window blind would not go down which made it very uncomfortable when the morning sun came in the room.

Getaway to the beach

"We spent four nights at the condo. This condo is our usual unit to stay in. The condo is nice and clean. However, it is in need of some basic updates. For example, the individual k-cup coffee machine also is rusty inside the water compartment and was that way in 2024. Please also note the dining room chairs need cleaned due to people sitting on the chairs wearing wet swimwear.

"The condo is a great location with views of the beach and pool complex. It is dated, (drapes, dining chairs, fluorescent tube lights in the kitchen and baths). It needs more bath towels and kitchen cooking utensils (spatula, whisk, etc).

"We have been staying at Kingston since the beginning and the property management professionals are the best in the business.

Condo 301 is the lowest level I have stayed before and yet, it did not disappoint. The odd numbered condos are on the side of the Black Drum and the Currents pool areas. If you prefer not looking over the pool area from the side balcony, then you will want an even numbered condo. Either side, you can't go wrong at Brighton!

"We have rented this unit for multiple years. We previously rented other units at Brighton; however, we prefer this ocean front unit. The condo is always very clean, well maintained, and the furniture is not overly worn.
We like the variety of restaurants close by and at Barefoot Landing, as well as a grocery store close.

"My family has stayed in other units within the Brighton complex, but the view from this unit was my favorite. The unit was exactly as pictured and the host was easily accessible. We hope to stay in this particular unit again in the future. We rented an umbrella and chairs on the beach , which is our favorite place to spend the day. We did eat at the Black Drum one evening for dinner (the restaurant on property). We enjoyed our meal.

Best Vacation Rental We've Ever Stayed In!

"This unit is as described. The view from the wrap around balcony is gorgeous. To the right is Apache Pier and to the left is the resort pool area and the most gorgeous sunrises each morning. The unit was thoroughly cleaned on our arrival. Lots of glassware, dishes, pots, pans, bowls, etc. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of closet space and drawers. There were a few beach towels and a beach umbrella. We visited in April and there were no chair or umbrella services on the beach, so we just sat on towels. The best thing about this unit was the parking and amenities included, especially room charge privileges. It made everything so much easier for the kids/teenagers. Location was good. About a 15-minute drive to the Boardwalk area and Broadway at the Beach. Maybe 10 minutes to Barefoot Landing. If I had any complaints, they would be no salt & pepper, small shower in Master Bath and it's a LONG walk from the unit around to the pool entrance. Currents only has one entry gate and it's on the Embassy Suites side. I hate even mentioning them, our stay was amazing. Property Management was VERY responsive and helpful Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

"My family and I had a wonderful getaway at this condo! The layout was perfect for us and the condo had everything we needed. Being able to use the heated pool at the Embassy Suites was great, we can’t wait to come back when it’s a little warmer and the water park is open! Also, shoutout to the staff, they were awesome communicators and very responsive to all my questions.

"We throughly loved our time at 301 Brighton. The access to pools, water park, and brewery was awesome. Location to beach and view of the beach was amazing. Condo was very clean and elevators worked great, no waiting. Definitely recommend staying at 301. Lobby was clean and welcoming and parking in parking garage was easy and close. The tv and couch layout wasn’t really comfortable in the living room, but I’m being picky at this point.

"My husband, 4 teenagers and I loved this condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked and in a great location. Our only recommendation would be to update the guest bathroom. It needs a little bit of work but it was very clean and functional. We would definitely stay here again.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brighton. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We spent hours on the porch enjoying the view of the ocean and watching the sunrise. Shopping, restaurants and other attractions are nearby. The newly opened Black Drum Brewery was a fun experience for us, a nice place for lunch and dinner or just enjoying a drink by the fire pit.

"The room is awesome with a perfect oceanfront view. The master bedroom is spacious with a large bathroom. The living room is well designed. The second bedroom was comfortable. The only issue I had was the AC. We could not get the room to cool under 73°.
