Welcome to 204 Brighton, the perfect spot for your next beach getaway. This nautical themed condo has everything needed to create long lasting memories of a wonderful vacation. The living area is inviting with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa and a large ottoman, this room also accesses the balcony. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and tons of bake and cookware and accessories. The kitchen also has an eat-at bar in the huge bay window overlooking the beach and Apache Pier. The dining area is spacious, boasting a table to easily seat 6.

The huge balcony has 2 seating areas, a space with 2 counter height chairs and a cocktail table between them and a counter height table with 4 chairs for dinning or simply enjoying the ocean air.

The master bedroom is a sanctuary after a day of fun in the sun - the king bed, access to the balcony and fully remodeled en-suite bathroom and vanity make this space a true retreat. The guest bedroom is set up nicely to share with friends or family and has two queen beds. The also remodeled guest bath is directly across the hall and houses the full sized washer and dryer.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78 Fitness, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

"The condo was beautifully decorated, the master shower was lovely (and fun for the kids). The property manager was very responsive and helpful.We love the amenities at Kingston, especially Currents! The resort is close and convenient to groceries, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot, anything you could want. Wonderful family vacation!

"We very much enjoyed our stay at 204 Brighton. The view is amazing and all pictures accurately represent the space. The layout of the condo is great for a family and having access to all of the pools was a great attraction (although it's feast or famine to get a shaded chair at the big pool, and the pool staff could use a few lessons in hospitality!). Having no shade or umbrellas at the Brighton pool was disappointing though. Sometimes we opted for that pool since it was less crowded, but you just roast at that pool
Even though it was mid-June, the beach was not overly crowded and we were able to easily find a spot mid-morning at the umbrella line. It would have been great to know the unit offered two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a rather large cooler. When specifically asked if these amenities were included with the rental, we were told no which led us to bring our own. Not a big deal, but it would have been less to pack.
The parking garage access was wonderful and a very pleasant surprise.
Elevators worked great and we never had any long wait times. We did use the stairs a few times as well.
Knowing the pier has (very loud) music until midnight on certain days would have been insightful. In hindsight, this knowledge wouldn't have changed our reservation.
The master bedroom mattress (or maybe it's the box spring) needs replacing and the sheets used are not soft.
The supplies for dish soap and dishwashing powder were fine, but we were surprised there was nothing to spray/wipe off the countertops in the kitchen after use. And yes, the kitchen is stocked with equipment, but clarity that there are no spices, oils, etc. would have been beneficial.
The unit could benefit from some basic organization (ex: all vacuums, brooms, etc. in one spot).
The building recycling is confusing. There is a tiny bin at the garbage shoot for glass and cardboard only. We never could figure out if plastic and aluminum are recycled, but people had

I'll pass along your comments about the pool and its staff to the appropriate managers. A couple of items to clarify for guests that might be reading your review, we do not monitor or manage any beach equipment in the units, so we err on the side of caution when telling guests what is there (we'd feel terrible if we said something was available and it had gotten broken or removed by the previous guest and the current one did not bring on our say). We are not allowed to leave any open consumable products such as oils, spices and pantry items. We are also not allowed to leave most cleaning products. Both of these are to ensure the safety of our guests - we cannot leave anything that could be tampered with. I appreciate the comment about organization and will speak with our housekeeping staff about that. We sincerely hope to have you back to stay again soon!! Courtney

"We had a great experience at 204 Brighton. The unit was clean and inviting. The shower in the master bedroom is AMAZING!! Only complaint we had was the bedding. The sheets feel like cardboard and the waterproof mattress cover is noisy. The beds themselves could be more comfortable, but we were there for work and beach, not for sleep. We definitely appreciated the resort passes but weren’t able to use them. There’s kcups but no keurig, which was a little weird. Overall awesome experience and we will definitely be back! We just may bring our own sheets next time :)

"Overall very good. One strange noise at night like something running every 30 mins or so. Sometimes random. It was not the AC kicking on and off, something else. Also the TV very hard to figure out. Myself and our daughter use many IT and tech systems daily in our profession but stiill never quite figured out how to use the TV.

"204 Brighton was amazing! It was in the perfect location and the water park with the kid area was perfect for our kids! The Brewery next door had good food and you could order while at the pool! The condo was clean and we didn’t have any issues! Our contact was Courtney and she was very responsive and willing to handle anything we needed. We will definitely stay again!!

"Where do I start! The service I received from the time I booked until I checked out was exponentially great! I received an early check in without even asking I just told them the time I would arrive and the place was ready before I even got there! This was the most amazing place I ever stayed in Myrtle Beach, The pictures does no justice everything was exactly as described. Super clean and the decor was the icing on the cake! The property came with EVERYTHING you need from sunscreen to beach chairs I couldn’t ask for more! The view was perfect from sunrise to sunset! Thank you so much for having me at your place my family was so pleased with everything I would definitely recommend! Just BOOK don’t think twice!
